What is your minimum order?
Is there any minimum quantity?
- No, just the minimum dollar amount.
Do you provide drop shipping?
- Yes! But each order must meet our minimum order amount, and shipped to the 48 connected US states.
Do you charge extra for drop shipping?
- No. Just basic shipping and handling.
Can you put my name on the shipping label?
- No. Shipping labels are from a "blind" company such as Customer Service or Shipping Center.
How do I pay?
- Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) are accepted when you place your order. You may also pay from your PayPal account.
- Money orders and personal/business checks are accepted on mail orders, but there will be a delay while we wait for the payment to clear.
Do you ship COD?
Do you charge sales tax?
- Yes, for all orders shipped to Texas. State sales tax of 8.25% is added to your total.
Can I use your pictures and descriptions on my
web site or eBay?
- Yes. Be sure to copy the pictures to your own hard drive or web space. You are allowed to use the text as well.
- Two files are available in the Downloads section:
- Text descriptions with Item Number, Wholesale Price, Weight, Category, Sub-category and Retail Price.
- All the pictures. This is a very large file, a high-speed connection is recommended.
Can you mail me a Product Catalog?
- Yes. A full-line product catalog and wholesale price list is sent with your first purchase. If you'd like to see it before you place an order visit the Catalog & Videos section.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
- Shipping and handling is based on the package weight and the distance to the customer.
How can I estimate shipping/handling?
- Add the items you are interested in to the shopping cart. Begin the checkout procedure. After you select the State from the pull-down menu, the shipping/handling charges will be updated on the screen.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands will have shipping/handling quoted after the order is received, but before you are billed. You will have to approve the new total before your
order is processed.
How fast do you ship?
- Most orders go out within 2 to 3 days. Processing orders may take 3 to 5 days towards the end of the year.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands?
- Sorry, No. Just to the 48 connected US States.
Do you ship outside the USA?

Do I have to register before I place an order?
- No, all information is collected during the checkout process.
Do you have an affiliate program?
What about returns?
- No problem! All returns must be pre-authorized to avoid restocking fees. Let us know within a week of receiving your items and we will provide you with a Return Athorization Number and further instructions.
What if I receive a shipment that is damaged?
- Set the damaged item(s) and packaging aside and contact us right away. The carrier, usually UPS, will need to inspect the item and packaging to determine insurance coverage.
What if you are out of something I
order?
- The out-of-stock items are refunded and the balance of your order is shipped. We do not backorder products.
What kind of warranties do your products carry?
- All products carry an initial satisfaction warranty as well as a manufacturer's warranty:
Return defective item and it will be repaired or replaced if the product is still available. Otherwise a product of equal value will be substituted. This warranty gives you rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. We are not responsible for accidental/consequential damage.
